REFERRAL PROGRAM 


Care for more cash? Get $10 for every friend you refer to Healthy Care.


Log in to your account and share your unique referral link. Immediately, you’ll receive your voucher after your friend completes their first purchase! You may redeem the coupon for any order with the minimum spend of $50.


Referral benefits can only be redeemed only at healthycare.com.au.

 

EARNING POINTS


Points are earned on every purchase when you’re logged in to your account. Points are awarded based on the net cost of the goods you are purchasing and the product type (rounded down to the nearest point).


The minimum number of points awarded will be 1 point per $1 spent.


Simply log in when making a purchase online. You must place an order using your email for your rewards account to be identified so that any points being earned by you can be accrued to your account.


You can check how many points have accrued at any time by clicking on the launcher button at the bottom of our website.


After twelve (12) months of inactivity, Points will expire. “Inactivity” is defined as a period in which a Member earns no Points, makes no qualifying purchases, takes no qualifying actions, and redeems no Points.


REDEEMING OFFERS


You can redeem your points at any time when making a purchase online. However, only one reward can be redeemed at a time. They cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other or existing promotional offer.


Healthy Care Rewards members can redeem their accrued points to earn vouchers to redeem on their next purchase. Points cannot be combined or transferred to any other type of promotion or award. 


Your Healthy Care Rewards point balance and any vouchers you redeem through the loyalty program are not transferable to anyone else, or redeemable for cash.


The terms of the Redemption Offer may vary at  Healthy Care’s discretion.

 

BECOME A MEMBER TO EARN POINTS AND GET REWARDS!


The Terms and Conditions set out in this document concern the operation of the  Healthy Care Loyalty Program, the use of the Healthy Care Loyalty Program and any promotional activity and loyalty transactions that arise as a consequence of the Healthy Care Loyalty Program.


Individuals who join the Healthy Care Loyalty Program and/or redeem rewards are deemed to have agreed to the Terms and Conditions and are legally bound by the Terms and Conditions.

 

THE HEALTHY CARE LOYALTY PROGRAM


By using your member identification (name/ email address) for every purchase you will earn reward points that you can redeem on subsequent visits in exchange for stock or rewards offers for which you are eligible. Being a Loyalty Program member will also mean you’re eligible for other benefits (such as member discounts) as communicated by Healthy Care from time to time.


To become a loyalty member with Healthy Care, simply join. All loyalty members are required to give their name* and email address* to become a member. 


Joining the Healthy Care Loyalty Program will be deemed to be acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS

In the event of a return/exchange of any eligible purchase that initially earned points, such points will be deducted automatically from the Account that was used for the eligible purchase. Points will be deducted at the same rate as they were earned.


Upon the return and/or exchange of products awarded through the redemption of points, all redeemed points will be forfeited.

 

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP

You may cancel your membership by contacting enquires@naturescare.com.au. If you wish to cancel your membership, any remaining points or benefits not already redeemed by the member will be automatically forfeited. Only the named member has the right to cancel the membership. If you wish to cancel via telephone, you will be asked to provide personal details to verify your identity.

Healthy Care respects your privacy and we recognise the trust you are placing in us through your dealings with us. We collect, store and use your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. We will only use your personal information to operate and to provide you with the membership benefits of the Healthy Care Loyalty Program (including postal, email, SMS, Facebook or Instagram communications) and to bring you other member benefits.
